The Spontaneous Muscle Release Technique: Arm and Hand massage continuing education course will help massage therapists to work with all structures in the arm, forearm, and hand. You will learn to successfully work with:

  • Lateral Epicondylitis
  • Cubital Tunnel Syndrome
  • Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
  • Repetitive Strain Injuries (RSI)
  • Tendinitis and Tenosynovitis
  • Pronator Teres Syndrome
  • Stiffness and/or arthritis of the thumb

Spontaneous Muscle Release Technique (SMRT) is a series of passive contractions that allow therapists to release muscles, tendons, ligaments, and connective tissue quickly, easily, and with little pain to you or the client.
