    Okay, next week we will begin with movement to lubricate the joints in the area, move to stretches for the muscles and tendons, then to strengthening moves, and finally back to stretches.  But, if you suspect you have a rotator cuff tear, proceed with caution.  Remember, all of this is just free advice, I do not know whether you are damaged or not, so be cautious, and if you feel you need to, go get an MRI.
