La Quinta Inn & Suites Springfield 100 Congress St, Springfield, MA 01104 October 27-29, 2023 **PLEASE NOTE THESE TIMES -- THEY ARE THE ACTUAL CLASS TIMES** Friday, Saturday & Sunday: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm 24 CEs – $600 Hotel sleeping room block: $139/night + taxes for October 26, 2023 through October 29, 2023 (checking out Monday, October 30th). Prices will increase after September 27, 2023. You may book by calling 413-781-0900. Instructor: Dawn Lewis Head and Neck class will help you to work with all structures in the neck and head. You will learn to successfully work with: -Thoracic Outlet Syndrome -Forward Head Syndrome -Sub-Occipital Neuralgia -Headaches, including Occipital, Migraine, Temporal, and Frontal headaches -TMJ Disorders -Structures in the anterior Neck -Whiplash Arm & Hand class will help you to work with all structures in the arm, forearm, and hand. You will learn to successfully work with: -Lateral Epicondylitis -Cubital Tunnel Syndrome -Carpal Tunnel Syndrome -Repetitive Strain Injuries (RSI) -Tendinitis and Tenosynovitis -Pronator Teres Syndrome -Stiffness and/or arthritis of the thumb PLEASE NOTE: When registering for this class you can opt to put down a deposit and pay-in-full at the class or pay-in-full now. Either way will lock-in our special promotional pricing. Steps to register are: 1) select a quantity (i.e., number of students you are registering) for the full tuition or a quantity for the deposit, 2) if you have chosen to pay the full tuition, select one discount, which will immediately be taken off your total (if you are paying a deposit, do NOT take a discount, we will adjust your full tuition), and 3) hit submit and make your payment.
